Preparing your journeys to get around Angers

Getting around by bus

All bus routes are accessible. However, some stops still require the assistance of an attendant.

Getting around by streetcar

All stations on the 3 tramway lines are accessible to people with reduced mobility and those with visual or hearing difficulties. Visual or tactile indicators have been deployed in stations to facilitate access to the tramway for all.

All-new signage has been deployed at tramway stations to facilitate use by the cognitively impaired. Each station is symbolized by an image that can be found next to the station name on the tramway map displayed in the station or on the trains, as well as on the various items of station furniture.

Where can I buy my bus or streetcar ticket?

Irigo’s online store and vending machines in streetcar stations and at certain bus stops are available 24 hours a day.

On board buses, drivers can issue single tickets, which can be paid for by contactless credit card. Black on-board terminals and validators also offer contactless CB payment.
