And it's an idea that really comes to life when you come to eat here. The twenty-year-old Parisian creates interaction between the team in the dining room and the customers with his speciality: pasta flambéed in a mound of parmesan cheese before the eyes of their guests. Apart from this trademark, the dishes are bistro-inspired, working with fresh, local, seasonal products. The chef creates beautiful dishes with masterful, refined flavours, with a short menu that changes every week at lunchtime and every month in the evening. Saturday noon is brunch time: from 11.00am to 2.00pm, the menu with its elaborate recipes combines savoury dishes and sweet delicacies.
