The former 19th-century coaching inn, located at 9 Rue de la Gare, is a historic Angers address. And for good reason: it's been a restaurant for more than a century! Anxious to retain the charm of the place, Julien Ropars and Frédéric Algan took over the baton in 2020 by bringing their love of local, fresh, organic products. It's for good reason that Rouge des Prés, the local red meat, is one of the specialities cooked by Frédéric Algan, served à la carte under the name “la belle rouge”....
