When women's rights advance with the defense of human rights: from the "châteaux" of Avenue Jeanne d'Arc to the Lycée Joachim du Bellay, via the Palais de Justice and the Hôtel de Ville, the tour evokes portraits of women pioneers, activists, sometimes resistant and resilient, always fighters, who paved the way for today's whistle-blowers.
Some have left their names attached to a street, a school, a particular organization.
Charlotte Blouin, Christine Brisset, Marie Talet and Camille Lepage (among others) were teachers, lawyers or journalists. They chose to put their professional and/or working situation at the service of a cause close to their hearts: deaf-mutes, the poorly housed, victims of Nazism or conflicts in Central Africa.
A 1h30 tour to pay tribute to 12 fine figures of women's commitment.
We suggest you continue the tour with a drink (not included in the tour price).
