Access and use et utilisation

Access to and use of the website of the company Angers Loire Tourisme Expo Congrès (ALTEC) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) accessible at the address www.destination-angers.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

In visiting this Website, the user acknowledges having read these terms and conditions of use and undertakes to respect them.

The Company reserves the right to modify them at any time and without notice.

Intellectual property

The user agrees to comply with French law relating to copyright and related rights and more generally to international treaties and agreements containing provisions relating to the protection of copyright and intellectual property rights.

The other distinctive signs, in particular the company names and domain names appearing on the Website are the property of our Company and any reproduction without express authorisation is likely to constitute usurpation engaging the responsibility of its author on the basis of article 1240 of the Civil Code.
